There are a certain crop of artists that have a special place for me because of when I discovered their music and Shouldbeyuang is one of those artists. His ability on the mic has never been questioned as he has proven that with a relatively limited catalogue. He recently released a new single titled ‘Jumpman’ and it brings together everything that I love about Shouldbeyuang’s music. The beat selection is aggressive and suits how Shouldbeyuang executes his sound. ‘Jumpman’ sees Shouldbeyuang deliver in his characteristic trap flow and cadence atop the production. Despite the single existing on the more aggressive side of the scale, Shouldbeyuang still leaves space for personal matters such as when he mentions the issues that he is currently experiencing with his father.
