The single sees Nasty C delve into a very vulnerable space, which most rappers would not dare touch given the male rapper stereotypes. The soft spoken single allows for Nasty C to speak on the crab mentality that can be seen in black societies across the diaspora.
Nasty C is accompanied by Benny The Butcher who gave the single a nice touch of contrast to Nasty C’s melodic delivery – the icing on the methaphoric cake.
