Songwriter, singer and producer, Halo Yagami just dropped off a new EP called Usiba that is described as the beginning of a solo hero’s journey about Halo Yagami. The tape comes through with 4 tracks in total with mentioned features from the likes of Maglera Doe Boy and Marcus Harvey. Usiba is also described as a genre bending/off beat/ future Kwaito signature production style body of work that fuses his song writing skills that take inspiration from traditional “umbhaqanga melodies” to effortlessly deliver what you would deem as smooth R&B vibes or tones… Our first impressions of the experience is already good as the project does well to really put you into Halo Yagami’s story and world within each song offered.
