Jaden Smith has just presented his first signature New Balance sneak called the Vision Racer. It pulls some design elements from his favorite New Balances, the 1700 and X-Racer, fusing some heritage NB stylings with some interesting construction and Jaden’s signature aesthetic. This first one comes in a ‘Wavy Baby Blue’ colorway and the it’s main design feature is provided by big proportions of its midsole. The chunky base secures a mesh-and-suede upper that taps elements of both the 1700 and X-Racer. The branding appears under the translucent outsole, all because of the pink “VISION” decoration that uses the block font from Smith’s SYRE and ERYS albums.
