ALWAYS Launches Innovative New Pad for Ultimate Comfort

Periods can already be challenging, with the stress of leaks and often

With more young people turning to TikTok for news and other information, ALWAYS has also turned to the platform to educate and entertain their consumers. Through Thick and Thin is the name of a TikTok series that is centred on real stories with real period struggles by focusing on three best friends navigating adulthood and the challenges faced by young women.

This TikTok series is done in partnership with rising stars Zazi Kunene, Luyanda Zuma and Micaela Jade Tucker. With this, ALWAYS aims to shine a light on the needs of South African women who are looking for a pad that performs through fast-dry technology, while oFering comfort like no other.

 

Kunene and Zuma are equally excited to be a part of this project. “This has truly been a long time coming! My best-kept secret is finally revealed. I couldn’t be happier to be days away from the Always Maxi-Slim launch, and to be a part of the journey as it makes its way into the shelves and hearts of Mzansi,” says Kunene.

The series is humorous and caters to the brand’s ever-growing Gen-Z audience, who are striving to find products that meet their diverse lifestyle and menstrual flows.
