Hip-Hop saved Alec’s life.

In this life, we all have a purpose to serve. Some help people through their music, some with their writing, and some with their spoken word or poetry.

As a result of losing his mother, Alec turned to alcohol and later drugs to numb the pain. However, he had to clean up his act later in life because of his love of poetry and hip-hop. A decade later, he uses his raps to inspire youth and the community. Through hip-hop, Alec was able to channel his emotions and experiences into his music. Through this creative outlet, he was able to not only heal, but also motivate and inspire others. Alec connected with the community and made a positive impact through his lyrics.

The boombap infinite in him is something that caught my attention. Alec’s style is heavily influenced by the golden era of hip-hop, characterized by its raw lyricism and soulful beats. His raps often blend personal storytelling with social commentary, reminiscent of legends like Nas and Tupac. This combination of heartfelt messages and classic hip-hop rhythms makes his music both impactful and timeless. Songs like “Power” ft. Bathala, “Bloody Murder” and “All I Ask” are some of the songs you should check if you are a real fan of that hardcore Hip-Hop
