Earlier this year, in a move that underscores their chic vision, luxury knitwear designer label MAXHOSA AFRICA announced the launch of their first global flagship store. The prestigious SoHo district will soon welcome this vibrant brand in February 2024. Known for its eclectic mix of high-end fashion, SoHo will now be the backdrop for Maxhosa Africa’s NYC debut, sharing the spotlight with fashion giants such as Prada, Acne, Céline, and Rick Owens. Positioned amidst these heavyweights, MAXHOSA AFRICA is ready to carve its own stylish niche within this iconic neighborhood.

Founder and Chief Creative Director, Laduma Ngxokolo, shared the exhilarating news on Instagram, stating:

“What we are doing differently is that we are for the first time, putting in efforts to curate the space specifically for the store to fit within the vibe of New Yorkers. New Yorkers are an edgy market. So we have specially curated the space to suit their lifestyle and what we think they need.”
