Contender for match of the season in the BAL Kalahari conference

With all the games I have watched so far, I believe this might be the best, in my opinion, then again i would love to hear what your opinion is. The crown was cheering for Pedro de Luanda. Isn’t that shocking? Yes it is, considering how both teams are not home teams.

Childe Dundao scored 25 points and Abubakar Gakou added 21 points and 10 rebounds as Petro de Luanda from Angola defeated FUS Rabat from Morocco, 89-86 in the Kalahari Conference group phase of the BAL resumed at SunBet Arena in Pretoria, South Africa last night. Petro dominated throughout the first three quarters, with FUS scoring only 29 points in the last 10 minutes, which was not enough to turn the tide down the stretch.

FUS Rabat, the current Kalahari Conference leader, was led by Johnathan Jordan who finished with 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists. The games in Pretoria will end this weekend when the Cape Town Tigers take on Petro at 4 PM CAT on Saturday and FUS at 7 PM CAT on Sunday, closing the conference with a matchup.

In addition, NBA Academy Africa defeated Tshwane University of Technology 87-40 in a practice game yesterday at SunBet Arena. Nadia Nakai entertained the crowd with her halftime performance, which was well received by the audience
