Last week Friday, ByLwansta didn’t just drop off his new ‘ASMR’ (ft. Alisha Rosa, Some.Unique & Rāms) song but gave us the visuals too… So the song is officially described as “a sensual and sexually charged R&B influenced hip hop song” and this new music video, directed by William T. Khentwa, comes through to heighten it’s experience. Conceptually the video’s narrative presents itself as a fictional “date night” that ByLwansta has with his romantic partner which he seems to arrive late for. The situation soon turns bad because his partner is visually not happy about the lateness regardless of ByLwansta’s busy work schedule (we assume)… Long story short, more arguing takes place sort of like a visual crescendo before things settle down in time for date night to end with some sweet intimacy. Aesthetically the presentation of this display is so good and what this video did was create an occasion for us to enjoy which already makes the song’s roll-out not only distinctive but very memorable but peep it for yourselves below and let us know what you think about it.
