The show found Ebro guiding listeners on a journey through the album in its entirety, featuring exclusive commentary about Illmatic’s legacy from three of the album’s legendary producers—DJ Pete Rock, DJ Premier & Large Professor. Illmatic‘s Executive Producer Faith Newman and journalist/media personality Miss Info — who wrote the acclaimed Illmatic 5 Mic album review for The Source magazine in 1994 — also weighed in.
