It’s no secret that Kanye West has been hosting his weekly Sunday Service events in the hills of Calabasas over the past few weeks. He brought in a bunch of high-profile celebrities to experience the services which had him delivering some incredible renditions of his classic records with a choir backing him. It, unfortunately, it looks like last Sunday’s edition of his weekly event could be the last for the time being. “This is the last time on the mountain, so y’all gotta party with us,” he said during yesterday’s Sunday Service. It ended off with a bang of course with another star-studded guest list the had the likes of. Katy Perry, Tyler, The Creator, and Courtney Love in attendance. Kanye West delivered renditions of a few fan favorites which included Watch The Throne-cut “Lift Off,” “Dark Fantasy,” and “Amazing.” Things also got cut short at the final Sunday Service because according to reports, LAPD arrived at the Sunday Service location after neighbors filed a noise complaint and guests reportedly began ushering out of the event after the police showed up.
If ‘Ye’s Sunday Service is actually done, we could only hope that means Kanye has more time to work on Yandhi.
