adidas Originals and Pharrell Williams are continuing their theme for Fall/Winter 2018 with their latest SOLARHU Capsule collection. This new drop takes some inspiration from East Africa, and is designed as a reimagining of traditional weaving patterns. The footwear has four new colorways of the collaborative Hu NMD in “Power Blue” and “Clear Blue” as well as classic black and white tones which have been brightly color printed plus designed to reference traditional East African weaving. Each colorway is then finished with the words “Empower” and “Inspire” embroidered in Chinese lettering across the primeknit upper. The apparel pieces are finished with the words “Empower” and “Inspire” to also reference the collection’s theme of transforming lives through sport.
