Last week Joe Budden dropped a diss track directed at Drake called ‘Wake‘, but so far, Joe’s efforts to get Drizzy’s attention seem to be failing. Joe Budden has been pestering Drake on Twitter in an effort to evoke a response from Drake. After even admitting that he was cyber-bullying at one point, Joe Budden called Drake an “insecure f*ck” for keeping quiet.
