Over the course of last week Cassper, Riky, Major League DJz and a few more of their affiliates leaked short videos and pictures from Cape Town that suggested that they were scheming on something. Today, the frequent collaborators have revealed Riky’s new single, titled ‘Fuseg.’
Directed by Kyle Lewis, the video is a breathe of fresh air from the whatever the standard music video visuals have come to be. Playing on a monochrome theme for the most part, it is edgy with flash montages and sinister imagery to match the the energy of the song. This should come as no surprise to anyone who is familiar with Riky’s good sense when it comes to visuals… the man hardly disappoints.
Seeing as Riky has released four successful videos and bagged and award and a bunch of nominations from his debut album Family Values, and most recently gone gold, it may be the end of the album’s promo run, which explains why there is already new music. We’re not complaining; the more music we get, the happier we are.
