Yesterday Reason dropped the title that of Reason’s new single ‘Reazus Christ,’ for obvisous reasons. Not only that, but the single art work also features an illustrations of a Jesus-like character in shades, holding two women over his shoulders. In the image only the asses of the women are visible.
As you can imagine, a lot of people are very pissed by this imagery.
Reason took to his Instagram and Facebook pages to offer his rationale, saying: “In an age where many powerful structures and bodies of control choose and dictated to the world what the truth was, the new generations constant urge to question their perspective has always led to new ones.” Very cryptic.
The artwork is the prelude to the song which will drop on Friday.
