Cassper put out the official artwork to the track last week Monday at 7pm, and within 20 minutes the hashtag #PHUMAKIM trended within South Africa.
When 9am rolled around the next day the free download link of ‘Phumakim’ went live, breaking records when the new single hit 15 000 downloads within the first minute of release and over 100,000 downloads within 3 hours. Today it’s sitting on over 250,000 downloads.
It looks like the Maftown MC is ready to dominate, especially when his anticipated album TSHOLOFELO drops on Thursday, 31 July.
