It’s official. Reuniting and it feels so good, Andre 3 Stacks & Big Boi are set to go on a full 40 stop tour to celebrate two decades since the release of the classic platinum release Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik that catapulted the rappers into superstardom.
After months of speculation, they finally announced their return to the stage together for more than 40 concert dates. The statement was posted up on their Facebook page which read: “Outkast will return to the stage with a full festival run of over 40 dates to celebrate 20 years sinceSouthernplayalisticadillacmuzik.”
Andre 3000 also put out an official statement about the group’s comeback, saying: “Returning to the stage together is the most exciting way for us to thank everyone for their 20 years of supporting OutKast.”
Big Boi also added his bit when he said: “I’m looking forward to rocking the stage with my Bro Ski and to all the fans, stank you smelly much… This is for y’all.”
