We are almost halfway through the year: Tumi in 2013?
2013 has definitely been good to me thus far. I am ticking off all those goals I have set for myself this year. So far, in my second year of radio on Undisputed, I am seeing the show grow and it feels really awesome. I am also returning to the TV screen alongside Slikour on Step Up or Step Out. The show is set to air in June on ETV, so you’ll be seeing more of me on your screens! For the rest of 2013, all I can say is: more hard work.

Because my show only starts at 6pm, I usually have my mornings free. I always start with a gym session to get me into the swing of things. From there on, it depends on my diary: it varies from shooting Step Up or Step Out, to voice overs, to meetings and various project. From 4pm, it’s strictly radio time where I produce daily content for the radio show. We’re on air from 6 – 9pm 6pm.
You are one of the faces on ETV’s Step Up or Step Out, how do you handle both TV & Radio?
It’s all about planning ahead and making sure I know where I need to be and at what times.
TV came before radio for you, which was easier to grasp?
Although TV is my first love, radio was the easiest to grasp, only because you are more in control and it’s such a chilled and natural environment. TV is a little more complex; a lot goes into a television production and so many people are involved.
Any favourite winter fashion trends for you this year?
So many: sexy cut-out trend, fur trend, oxblood red trend… I can go on and on!

Just because your dream seems big, it doesn’t mean it’s impossible. The fact that you dreamt about it shows you are one step closer to making it a reality!
