R&B Explosion Hits Mzansi this Spring!
A music concert at The Dome featuring three international renowned R&B superstars Avant, Tank and Carl Thomas will be taking place during this month of September. This event is set to re-introduce R&B artists who have never performed in South Africa before. R&B fans will be in for a night of jamming to their all-time favourite hits.
Rhythm and Blues, often abbreviated to R&B, is a genre of popular African-American music that originated in the 1940s. The term was originally used by record companies to describe recordings marketed predominantly to urban African-Americans at a time when urban, rocking, Jazz-based music with a heavy, insistent beat was becoming more popular.
