Polokwane, South Africa — June 2026 — Lekompo Network™ founded by two youth entrepreneurs Tlhologelo Leso (28) from Seshego and Ruth Shai (24) from Solomondale, is a newly trademarked cultural hub, officially announces its mission to empower talented youth by providing media coverage, creative platforms, and job opportunities across South Africa and beyond.
These two invested into the project to create opportunities for themselves and other creatives who are in need of support in the education and entertainment sector. They launched a magazine company “Lekompo Network” which highlights new talent and they tend to grow even further in providing academic and mentorship programs and job training opportunities in future. Their publications have been recognised as professional and they have done features and articles for well known talents in Limpopo.
Rooted in Limpopo, Lekompo Network™ is building a multi-platform ecosystem including magazine, broadcast, digital media, and cultural initiatives designed as a contribution to the uprising popular Electronic Music sub-genre known as “Lekompo” to spotlight emerging voices and connect them to global audiences.
