The Petition Urging adidas To Drop Kanye West Has Been Denied

Kanye West as of course been topic of conversation since his slavery remarks and soon after that people wanted Kanye West off of Adidas for his recent comments. Now adidas AG CEO Kasper Rorsted recently did an interview where he discussed the brand’s recent earnings as well as Yeezy. The chief executive officer was forced to tackle the comments by Bloomberg’s presenters and said that “there are clearly some comments we don’t support.” Then he also said that company has planned to talk with Kanye West about his comments, but emphasized how important the artist is to the company’s plans. When the CEO was asked about whether adidas had discussed the idea of dropping West, Rorsted simply said “no.”
