Nasty C and Tellaman have finally delivered the collaboration fans have been waiting for with T’s & C’s Apply, a joint EP that blends sharp lyricism, smooth melodies and the undeniable chemistry the two Durban stars have built over the years. The EP begins with an intro by Ayanda MVP. The intro is a fake radio insert which sets the tone for the EP.
The EP moves on to the song ‘Call Me’ which is a smooth single for you to listen to. The song sees Tellaman begin the single with him singing, “Hey there stranger how been/where you been at.” The production is reminiscent of the earlier 2010’s R&B scene. The song also sees Nasty C talk about how he misses his romantic interest. He speaks as if he hasn’t heard from the romantic interest in a minute.
We then move on to the song ‘Come Over’. The song carries an atmospheric tone. The song is largely led by Nasty C. The song is speaking to a romantic interest again. This time, the story is evolving, and they have passed the talking stage and moved onto the stage where they want the romantic interest to come over to spend some time together.
Finally, we have the song ‘Sally’s Interlude ‘, which is the last song on the EP. The song has a run time of 1 min 31 seconds as it’s an interlude. The single sees Nasty C talk about how he is enamoured by his romantic interest. He goes on to recount all of the artists his love interest would listen to as a way of getting to know her.
Overall, this is a solid EP by Tellaman and Nasty C. Their one-two punch combo is something that we definitely needed and they delivered with T’s & C’s Apply. Listen to T’s & C’s Apply below.
