Lowfeye Is A Picture of Maturity On ‘Nosange’

Having been recognized as one of the leading voices in modern South African hip-hop shaping and influencing a new generation through music, culture, and artistic innovation, Qwellers member and co-founder Lowfeye recently released “NOSANGE,” his debut album.

NOSANGE is named in honor of the rapper’s late mother, a central and transformative influence in both his life and artistry. “With this project, I want to tell a story. I want people to understand where I come from and how I grew up into the person I am today,” said Lowfeye. The project’s direction is already evident through its first singles, “Mission Man”, “Mabulala Amakhosi” & Trauma (with Ciniso) which showcase his confident side, while the meaning behind the album’s title hints at a personal & vulnerable side as well that fans can anticipate.
