The countdown is on! The I Am Dark & Lovely Festival is set to take over 1 Fox Street, Johannesburg, on 8 November 2025, and it promises to be more than just a music event — it’s a full celebration of Black South African style, culture, and confidence.
The festival brings a star-studded line-up with Uncle Waffles, Nasty C, Young Stunna, Cassper Nyovest, Major League DJz, Kabza De Small, DJ Zinhle, Mörda, DJ Lag, Kamo Mphela, Zee Nxumalo, and cultural curator Lelowhatsgood. Together, they’ll deliver a mix of hip hop, amapiano, house, and gqom energy.
Beyond the music, fans can expect bold beauty activations, cultural showcases, and interactive experiences, giving everyone a chance to show up, show out, and celebrate their crown.
