This year’s lineup promises a dynamic blend of Motswako legends, NuTswako trailblazers, and emerging talent, capturing the festival’s legacy and progression with support from brand partners Gordon’s, Castle Lite, Oriflame, Nedbank, and Sunlight.
Since its inception, Maftown Heights has transcended festival status to become a cultural touchstone for Motswako and South African hip-hop fans alike. Co-curated by Khuli Chana and Maglera Doe Boy, this year’s star-studded lineup unites Motswako pioneers like Cassper Nyovest, Mo Molemi, and Fifi Cooper alongside fresh voices like Boity, Roiii, and Thato Saul.
Maftown Heights 2024 also spotlights SA hip-hop’s broader influence. Returning acts like K.O., Sjava, and Blxckie will perform alongside New Kidz on the Block artists and DJ sets by heavyweights such as Major League DJz and MsCosmo, ensuring a night of unforgettable performances and high-energy vibes.
