By reimagining the traditional brand experience, infusing it with light, energy, music, and colour, this visionary event concept makes each visitor’s experience a journey of self-expression and empowerment and pays tribute to M. YSL BEAUTY LIGHT CLUB ACCESS
On the 5th of September 2024, YSL Beauty transformed Level 45 at the Leonardo hotel into a captivating experience celebrating the brand’s iconic fragrances and its deep connection to music and art.
YSL Beauty hosted an electrifying event with over 200 guests, including prominent influencers and media figures like K Naomi Phakathi, Beauty Tukura and Shane Eagle. Performances by African music icons DBN GOGO and Sun-El Musician, alongside Lagos-based DJ Six7even, highlighted YSL Beauty’s commitment to boldness, youth, and the avant-garde.
Guests explored immersive fragrance pillars dedicated to YSL Beauty’s most coveted scents, including:
- LIBRE FLOWERS & FLAMES: The newest addition to the LIBRE family, this radiant fragrance embodies the free spirit of Yves Saint Laurent with the captivating essence of the desert lily.
- Y L’ELIXIR: A luxurious take on the iconic Y fragrance, this intense scent features the
precious essence of oud, delivering a powerful and long-lasting woody experience.
- MYSLF LE PARFUM: A radically intense, matte, and velvety woody floral fragrance, blending a lavish heart of orange blossom with textured woods and a premium vanilla bourbon infusion for a sensual, ambery trail.
- BLACK OPIUM EAU DE PARFUM OVER RED (Launching October 2024): Guests enjoyed an exclusive preview of this exhilarating new fragrance, pushing the boundaries of sensuality with an ultra-sensorial cherry experience.
