Nomi: HI, how are you?
Xavier: I’m doing great. I’m so excited to be here.
Nomi: We are excited to have you. ls it your first time in S A?
Xavier: Oh yeah
Nomi: Yeah!!! How, how are you finding it so far?
Xavier: So, we haven’t had the chance to do a whole lot because we’ve been traveling city to city, but we really enjoyed Cape Town. I’m staying here for a few extra days for my anniversary with my wife. So, I’m going to make sure we really enjoy Joburg. So, I’m excited.
Nomi: I love that. So, so far since you’ve been to Cape Town and stuff, what’s your favorite thing that you’ve experienced about the country?
Xavier: It’s really just the views, it’s the landscape because it is so different from the US. So, you just kind of take that in and there’s so much of us all around. You know what I mean? So, it’s just, it’s great, it’s something that you expect, it changes you a little bit more.

Nomi: You’re about to perform right now. How are you feeling? What’s the vibe? Are you excited? Are you looking forward to it?
Xavier: The vibe is don’t mess up, don’t suck. Just give the people what they came for.
have a lot of fun. Yeah, I feel like I could sneeze and they’re going to go crazy today, to be honest with you, but the whole thing is just have a decent show and they’ll love you. So, I’m going to give everything I have though.
Nomi: Talking about giving the people what they want “deep end, deep end.”
Xavier: I was performing deep end when it wasn’t out yet, so I had to stop. People love the song. They love the song.
Nomi: Are you releasing any new projects this year?
Xavier: I have every plan to release a new project this year. Two, actually, one’s a joint ep and the other is a solo album.
