Dibi releases a cinematic visual offering for ‘Plastic’ Single

Dibi is a mercurial talent that isn’t so hidden anymore and his latest visuals for ‘Plastic’ proves exactly why I feel that way. What makes the visuals special you may ask? It’s his clear effort to provide a a cohesive experience from both a sonic and visual perspective. The song sees Dibi talk about the pursuit of love, or lust, that comes with romance in the modern age. As he raps about his latest love interest being in Soweto, we hear him rapping about the financial implications that come with pursuing a romantic relationship with a significant, or not so insignificant, other. In the end, Dibi is left with disdain because most of his love interests are ‘plastic’ or fake, but such is the nature of modern romances. Watch the visuals below.
