Following the announcement of the release date of his forth-coming album, AKA took to social media to share the cover art of Mass Country – which he describes a, “priceless art piece”.

The eclectic cover art was designed by trailblazing illustrator Karabo Poppy in her distinctive signature illustrative style. The motifs found in the cover art showcase symbols eluding to dominating events that shaped the history of SA.

This certainly is AKA’s most detailed and intricate cover art yet, a far cry from his usual minimalistic, covert displays that he has previously presented in the past.
Having described the name behind the project, the rapper states that the album appeals to everyone, hence the name Mass Country.
