Lucasraps jumps on ‘Pick You Up’ instrumental in response to A-Reece’s claim he’s the best rapper in Africa.
This morning, out of nowhere, A-Reece tweeted (in all caps) that he’s the best African rapper. Naturally, that led to debates. But what got everyone’s attention was Lucasraps’ response which was in the form of a verse rapped over a remake of Riky Rick and A-Reece’s “Pick You Up” hit.

While the song, titled “BEST RAPPER IN AFRICA”, isn’t necessarily a diss as many fans expected, in it, Lucasraps does hint at being the head that wears the crown. Competition always brings the best out of rappers, and we commend Lucasraps for letting the bars do the talking instead of his Twitter fingers.
