Last weel 22-year-old rapper and producer ONXKA released his first single of the year simply titled ‘$AUCY’. This collaboration is said to also serve as an introduction of his fellow stablemates from the Phonetic Sounds collective. On the joint ONXKA features rapper, singer and songwriter Mordecai, whose recent release the East End EP is said to have received positive reviews; LLYDTHEFIRST who handles team production duties and Jac Lou, a 21-year-old rapper who makes his presence felt with his hard-hitting final verse. Sonically the song hits hard as it carries subtle drill aesthetics that might be because of the tempo which is just one out of many elements that make this joint a good one because the back-to-forth wordplay got our attention too.
