During Super Bowl LV, Marvel and Disney+ debuted a brand new trailer for the upcoming The Falcon and The Winter Soldier series. This new show stars Avengers Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/The Falcon and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier. The new trailer begins with the two inside a cell partaking in some sort of intense therapy session before we see action-packed visuals of Bucky and Sam’s going through a variety of missions which also showcase Helmut Zemo who was also in Captain America: Civil War) and the return of Peggy Carter’s niece, Sharon who was briefly a Captain America love interest at some point. We also see scenes of the series paying homage to Captain America with a banner and we see Sam wielding his shield in a bunch of fight scenes too.
The series is set to premiere on March 19.
