Last night Sony finally showcased several new titles coming to their upcoming PlayStation 5, as well as a first look at the highly anticipated console. The stream itself came after it was delayed last week because of the BLM situation that is still continuing today and the whole presentation was filled with many of PlayStation’s in-house studios took the stage first but towards the end, we finally got the first look at the upcoming console itself plus more hardware.
The new Sony Playstation 5 console comes through with a dual-tone black and white color scheme just like its controller. It also has a stand-up tower design with curvy edges, sharp chassis panels, and futuristic blue glow accents. Alongside the standalone console also comes the option to grab a Digital-only version of the console.
Both editions come with an HD Camera Pulse 3D headset and a media remote. Even though the price has not been confirmed yet there have been reports that say Sony is having a hard time keeping the retail cost down because of how high the production rate is. The console is expected to arrive by Holiday 2020.
