Black Coffee is a living legend and he carries South Africa’s pride with him all around the world, there isn’t anybody that does not know or appreciate Black Coffe in the music industry. Yesterday Coffee announced that his Venture Capital company has acquired a stake in Gallo Music Group, and as a newly signed equity deal, he is one of the major shareholders. Coffe went on to express how important this deal is for him, saying “This deal is important because it’s not about me, it’s about what this means for the collective SA Music community, the music ecosystem, it’s about changing the narrative from what was a highly exploitative system, to one of renewal and fairness.”
