The Lion King: The Gift album by Beyonce really has been a highlight for the year 2019 because it features not only a lot of African artists but also credits African artists from a production/songwriting pint of view. A number of the artists received nominations for this years BET Soul Train Awards and our very own Anatii was on the list. Now the South African producer just scooped the ‘Ashford and Simpson’s Songwriter Award’ for his contribution to ‘Brown Skin Gir’l, together with Nigeria’s Wizkid. This is crazy!
