R&B/Hip-Hop Artist Febuary launches the first edition of the highly-anticipated Febuary’s Room taking place at Great Dane, Braamfontein on 15 August 2019. In partnership with Hype Magazine and Cruz Vodka, The Room will take attendees on an audio-visual experience unlike any other with special appearances by artists Tshego, Thabsie, Flame, Ecco and Mellow.
Characterised by the nocturnal and moody sounds Febuary has become known for, Great Dane will be transformed into an exciting curated party experience. Febuary’s Room has previously only been streamed online and now takes a physical form where attendees can have those off-the-record conversations with their favourite artists and other leaders from the music industry, while vibing and viewing exclusive content at this one night only affair.
“What started as a conceptual platform, has grown into a culture, community and curated event, brought together by a love for genre-bending music and raw conversation. Febuary’s Room is now a physical hub for cool kids and misfits alike – a space where we all can connect, inspire and dance in the dark,” says founder and artist Febuary
The launch of Febuary’s Room comes hot on the heels of his single release ‘Crew’, off his debut project Boys Don’t Cry. The official premiere of Flame and Mellow’s latest music video, “Energy”, directed by Febuary will also be screened on the night. Tickets are limited and can be purchased via webtickets from R80 and are available on a
first-come, first-served basis.
