Shekhinah Announces First Self Produced All-Female #ROSEFEST19 TOUR

After her successful album titled Rose Gold released in 2017 that has reached platinum status, the music sensation Shekhinah invites you to celebrate the success of Rose Gold by going on a two-date extravaganza: RoseFest in association with unlocked.me by NEDBANK which is set to take place on the 9th of August 2019 coinciding with National Women’s Day in Johannesburg and October 12 2019 in the city of Durban.

The Carnival-themed style show will see the EMA (European Music Award) nominated Shekhinah headlining the Rose Gold tour with a line-up that takes on a literal interpretation of women empowerment as sang about in track 9 on the Rose Gold album, ‘Power To She’ as the supporting acts are an all female line-up.

The line-up includes BET nominated Sho Madjozi, SAMA winner Busisiwa, songstress Simmy, Holy Ray, Doo Wap, DJ Zinhle, Moonchild Sanely, Rowlene and Melo B Jones forming part of the Johannesburg leg of the tour. The Durban leg of the tour features Holy Ray, Sho Madjozi, Tipcee, and DJ Le Soul.

“Finally the time has come for me to have my first headline show for everyone who has supported me since 16 years old on idols I feel super grateful and owe it to celebrate in the coolest way possible, an all-female festival”, says Shekhinah

The Tour is set to be an experience that will showcase the sheer brilliance that is Shekhinah and her ability to create a serene yet vibrant musical journey which is sure not be missed.
