Kanye West & Lil Pump’s new single ‘I Love It’ apparently hit platinum status on Saturday after it surpassed one million units sold. Lil Pump revealed the news on his IG by saying that the single went platinum the day the two performed on SNL last weekend.
“WE WENT PLATINUM THE DAY WE DID SNL ? IM THANKFUL FOR ALL OF U THANKS TO MY TEAM & SPECIAL THANKS TO YE LUV U GUYS ESSSSKEEEEEETITTTTTT!!,” Pump wrote.
The single & video instantly blew up & shattered records when it drop and eventually became the biggest global debut for a hip hop video on YouTube ever that got 76M views within the first week which surpasses the record previously set by Childish Gambino’s ‘This Is America‘.
