ManuWorldStar Signs With Sony Music & Announces New Single Dropping Friday

Sony Music signs talented rapper and versatile vocalist ManuWorldStar to a licensing deal under independent label, Punchline Media. ‘NaLingi’, which drops on Friday, will be his first single under Sony. With the release of the single, the 23-year-old Johannesburg-based artist is poised to be one of the biggest breakout artists of the year.

“I want to be one of the best that this continent, and the world, has to offer. I believe that partnering with Sony will take me to the next level and open up a lot of doors that have been shut for a long time. ‘NaLingi’ is me displaying my skills and showing everyone that there is more than meets the eye when it comes to the WorldStar. I can’t wait for everyone to hear ‘NaLingi’. It is truly thee soundtrack of Africa.” – ManuWorldstar

Punchline, which manages Manu’s career, has also recently signed a co-management deal with VTH Season, a move that’ll see Manu benefit from the boutique label’s broad service offerings.
