The Drake & Pusha T beef seemed to be over now but Drizzy fans are eagerly awaiting his new album Scorpion, which last week DJ Akademiks confirmed will have a few shots aimed at Pusha T. Now, Akademiks has come again with some more insight into the beef by claiming that he actually had a conversation with Drake, in which he explains why he did not release the diss song that everyone is waiting for. J Prince did also take part in advising Drake not to release the record, but Akademiks says Drake made a conscious decision to avoid the beef himself. Akademiks stated that in his private conversation with the 6 god, Drake claimed that, “at times, shit goes beyond just music.” Akademiks also continued on to say that Drake said if the beef continued to be escalated, it would go “to a point of no return,” and it was taking him to “a very dark place.” Guess we’ll have to wait on that album then which is dropping June 29th…
