During her red carpet appearance at the Met Gala event in NYC, Nicki Minaj revealed that her next album will be called Queen, and will be dropping June 15th.

The project is said ti currently led by singles ‘Chun-Li’ and ‘Barbie Tingz’ which both were received with mixed reviews. During he interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1, Nicki also teased the title, saying “[Fans] are gonna love the title of the album. It fits everything that I am right now, where I am in my life.” The Queen album will serve as the follow-up to 2014’s The Pinkprint, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
