The annual Back To The City hip hop festival is coming back for its 12th year running and the official line up and theme is crazy. The theme still carries that freedom fighter concept that was also made use of last year and features artwork designs by Beggie Jerry who has brought biggest struggle heroes to life as hip hop characters, including the late Mama Winnie.
