yOUNG “King of Rage” PatricKxxLee HAS been announced to perform alongside some of the world’s most avant-garde artists chosen for the line up of Sónar Festival in Hong Kong on March 17, with French electronic legend Laurent Garnier, US tech-house sensation The Black Madonna, and Japanese jazz-infused post-rockers Mouse On The Keys topping the bill. Sónar is a prestigious international festival brand, with events in Barcelona, Chicago, Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Hamburg, Bogota, New York, Seoul, Rome, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Tokyo and Hong Kong, which has been praised by critics all over the world for its cutting-edge lineups, unique visuals and innovative hi-tech creative attractions. Covering a wide range of genres, from hip-hop and grime to techno, house and experimental electronica, Sónar Hong Kong 2018 will feature six stages (two outdoor and four indoor), and PatricKxxLee will represent South Africa at the festival, with other headlining artists representing the US, Canada, Germany, France, Japan and many other nations.
