Remember back in 2015 when Jas Prince allegedly settled an $11 million lawsuit against Birdman over Drake‘s royalties? Well now it looks like the case hasn’t been fully settled yet as Jas Prince has filed another lawsuit against Birdman for failing to pay-up those Drake profits. Now in some documents that were uncovered by TMZ, the suit states that Birdman hasn’t been following through to pay one-third of those Drake profits. In addition to that, another deal Drake signed under Birdman back in 2013 also breached the Canadian rapper’s initial agreement with Jas, which kind of caused a $4 million loss.
