Last night Nike caused a massive wave in sneaker culture when they released their highly-anticipated Nike MAG sneaker. It been basically been years in the making, as the hype behind this shoe began in the film Back to the Future: Part II, when they displayed the sneak on the feet of Michael J. Fox’s character, Marty McFly. After a lot of myths and rumours, Nike finally released this futuristic Air MAG to everyone willing to have a chance at owning a pair. 89 pairs were made available via a Nike draw which officially opened last night and will close on October 11. Winners will be revealed on October 17 though.
