Some of you will remember internet sensation duo Wrap from a few years ago. Featured in the HYPE 50 Best Mixtapes list published in 2012, the group had a solid run; the Smoking Tape mixtape, a bunch of wild performances over the years, a collaboration with Red Bull studios and a few other cool titles under their belt. Since the group split almost two years ago, one half of the group Content, has gone on to pursue a solo career.
Yesterday, the young rapper abruptly dropped a video for a one-verse track titled ‘Delusions of Grandeur’ and oh man, is it dope. Considering that Content’s progress as a solo act has been rather staggered, with inconsistent releases in the past two years, we really hope this is a sign of better and more things to come.
