With so much going on the local hip hop sphere, it’s a particularly special day today because the self-proclaimed “North God” of Johannesburg has officially released his new album, of the same title.
L.e.s might not be top of mind in the current SA Hottest MC list conversation that has swept the social media streets, but it is definitely indisputable that his career has transcended momentary successes. Ten years since setting foot in the game and on his third studio album, this album is a result of longevity and respect.
The album features DJ Milkshake, Tumi, Moozlie, Kid X, Riky Rick, Maggz, Tamara Dey, Pipez and of course frequent collaborators AKA, Sphum and Burna Boy.
