Last year, we were lucky enough to see Nas live in concert with a 30 piece The Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra no less, thanks to Castle Lite and their Extra Cold Music concert.
Apart from the fact that the weather was literally extra cold on the evening too, the experience was a hip hop head’s pilgrimage, seeing as the showcase was being held on the 20th anniversary of the legendary Illmatic album. Now, Castle Lite has put us on to some GoPro footage of Nas on stage during the performance of his first ever single ‘It Ain’t Hard To Tell.’ It doesn’t match up to the experience of being there, but at least it’s something?
