After it wasn’t enough that 50 had filed for bankruptcy over a month ago, he just got slapped with a fat law suit for $200million from a writer named Larry Johnson for stealing his idea for the TV series Power.
It all started in 2005, after Larry had written a new script for a show titled Tribulation of a Ghetto Kid to someone who works for G-Unit. Larry then thought that the similarities between the two are way too close, the similarities being:
- Characters who have goatees
- The characters consists of men who have left prison and try to create a better life and become businessmen
- and owning a night club with a side chick
Given the facts of this case, would you say 50 is guilty as charged?
