November the 16th (Friday) at The Market Theatre will see two of Jozi’s most talented bands do their thing. The Muffinz and The Soil have fast made themselves household names within the South African Afro Soul/Pop genre.
The music of The Muffinz appeals to all age groups and races. The five young guys make a refreshing change from the usual list of rappers and DJs. They play real instruments and they play them real well! The band switches from a groovy R&B rhythm to a classy Jazz guitar sound.
The Soil bring acapella to life! The trio blend their musical talents into a ball of sound that will give you goosebumps. A little bit of beat-boxing can also be heard in their songs. An event not to be missed!
